Terms & Conditions

PRICING

Granada Exclusive Private Tours will make every reasonable effort to maintain costs as quoted at the time of booking, but reserves the right to impose a surcharge for any cost increases due to circumstances beyond its control. Quoted prices may be adjusted due to unexpected and significant external factors not anticipated at the time of quoting, including but not limited to fluctuations in hotel accommodations, transportation costs (e.g., fuel), other airline-imposed surcharges, and Government actions such as VAT increases or other Government-mandated price changes. Any modifications to a Customized Personal itinerary, including changes to dates or the number of travelers, will necessitate a revised proposal.

BOOKING

Due to limited availability and high demand, we can only process requests for arrivals at least 30 days from the date of the request.

BOOKING PROCEDURE, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Granada Exclusive Private Tours quotes and bills in Euros. Please note that if clients choose to pay in their home currency instead of Euros, a Dynamic Currency Conversion fee (DCC) will be applied by credit card companies, in addition to foreign transaction fees. This additional charge can double the currency conversion costs. Granada Exclusive Private Tours is not responsible for currency exchange or foreign transaction fees and will receive the exact quoted amount in Euros, regardless of these fees. Unless otherwise specified, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking, and this deposit will be used to prepay services requiring advance payment. If the cost of services requiring prepayment exceeds 30% of the total trip cost, Granada Exclusive Private Tours may require a higher deposit to cover these expenses. All services and itineraries, unless otherwise advised, must be fully prepaid 40 days before arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of departure, full payment is required immediately to secure and confirm the booking. For bookings under 2,000 euros, full payment is mandatory at the time of booking. If alternative arrangements are necessary, Granada Exclusive Private Tours will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in the refusal to confirm the booking or the imposition of a reasonable last-minute fee to cover costs. Bookings involving tickets may include additional fees. Services will not be booked until payment is received. Granada Exclusive Private Tours collaborates with Flywire to facilitate secure credit card, Paypal, and bank wire transactions.

Data transmission during the transaction is secured through an external secure connection (SSL) managed entirely by the bank.

After the secure transaction is completed, Flywire notifies us.

Granada Exclusive Private Tours does not have access to transaction data and cannot retain any information from it. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, with no surcharge for credit card payments.
